Limestone production line configuration

Mined limestone will be transported into silo with truck. Fed by vibrating feeder machine, mined limestone will be crushed by hammer crusher machine. Crushed material will have the second crushing by shaping hammer crusher and then screened by vibrating screen. Less than 25mm materials will be conveyed by belt conveyor for production using. Other materials will have re-crushing production by shaping hammer crusher.

Limestone material component and hardness

Limestone mainly consists of CaCO3 for producing stone material and lime. Lime has the color of white and light gray as with foreign materials. Limestone belongs to soft material with the hardness of 3 and compressive strength of 150Mpa.
