In using crusher, there will be failure and corrosion without reasonable protection that will reduce its productivity. Thus we should have a regular maintenance for crusher.

 

Regular cleaning

In crushing, foreign material has great influence to crusher that we should have two aspects maintenance. First cleaning crusher operation parts, with long time operation, dust and clay will flee into machine and then break spare parts, lubrication device, and heat spare parts. Second inside clean of crusher; we should clean the sediment and foreign material to ensure have no-load machine operation. And you should have a completed clean after having a 400 hours operation to ensure crusher have a stable and zero accident operation.

Regular lubrication

Fine lubrication will reduce frication and extend its service life. In bearing parts, if there are inefficient and foreign materials in lubrication oil, it will clog oiling channel and then break bearing parts. So we should change lubrication oil and clean bearing parts for clean lubrication oil. According to the maintenance experience, you should add lubrication oil in 1/3 parts of machine.

Regular corrosion prevention

Metal has chemical reaction with other material can be called corrosion, which would not only impact machine operation but break the inner spare parts. In rainy day, chemical material will get into the inner parts of machine through channel and gap and the break spare parts, accelerate machine ware condition and enhance machine failure. In production process, manager and operator can reduce outside condition impacts to machines by taking measures with weather and environment and add lubrication oil to prevent corrosion.

Regular maintenance

Regular maintenance of limestone crusher can promptly find and prevent the problems of machine and maintenance. Such as checking, maintaining, and changing hammerhead, liner, and other wear parts can ensure have a timely maintenance, improve productivity, and extend service life.
