Limestone wet desulfurization technology (FGD) is the most advanced technology and the widest technology of world. The working principle is limestone be filled into absorbing tower and mixed with smoke by making limestone into slurry and then it forms into raw gypsum with over 95% desulfurization efficiency. There are over 95% coal fired boilers used this technology that can effectively control sulfur dioxide and acid rain.

Production machine

Power plant desulfurization limestone machine consists of crusher, hoister, feeder, mill, and separator. The working process is crusher crushes bulk stone into smaller particle material and then hoister carries material into vibrating feeder and mill, and then dry separator selects various sized limestone for using. In this production line, crusher and mill are the core machines that crusher can crush bulk stone into smaller stones, which plays a major role in the whole production line.

As we all know, crushing and grinding plays a major role in the whole production line costs, which grinding has higher costs than crushing with only 1/5 energy consumption of grinding that has 2kw/t energy consumption in crushing material into 15-25mm and has 12-15kw/t energy consumption by crushing them into 65μm. In production, with the production technology of crushing more and grinding less, it transforms more grinding into crushing to reduce energy consumption and production cost.
