In the process of crushing limestone, it generally produces various types of tailings, such as fine sand and abandoned limestone ore. If not fully utilized, they will produce a lot of pollution. In order to cope with this issue, most manufacturers begin to develop special equipment to process limestone tailings.

As for the fine powder generated in stone production, we have specially developed GS dry sand separator for collecting fine powder even with the size less than 0.075mm. The collected powder can be applied in chemical industry, building & coating materials and other projects.

After crushing of bulk stone, the abandoned stone material can be applied for two purposes. It can combine fine stone and sand before actual application or directly applies to road pavement, concrete preparation and other projects. In this way, it greatly increases economic profit of tailings and solves the issue of insufficient building materials. More importantly, it is in line with national policy of environmental production.

Apart from mentioned equipment, in the sand washing projects, there will be a lot of fine sand left in the water tank. In order to recycle them, the sand recycler, as eco-friendly equipment, can be used, which effectively solves the problem that the crushed sand has higher fineness modulus and less stone powder.
