This crusher incorporates advanced technologies from Metso's C series and Sandvik's JM(CJ) series jaw crushers, combined with domestic practicalities, using advanced computer technology to ensure outstanding performance and reliability.
The GC110 European Type Jaw Crusher has a 30% higher output compared to traditional PE jaw crushers, thanks to its advanced mainframe vibration reduction system, which ensures smoother operation and lower noise levels. It has a feed size of 1100 x 850mm, a speed of 230rpm, and a power of 160kW. The output at different closed-side settings (CSS) is as follows: 80mm (210 - 275t/h), 100mm (255 - 330t/h), 125mm (310 - 405t/h), 150mm (370 - 480t/h), 175mm (425 - 550t/h), 200mm (480 - 625t/h). The weight of the unit is 25.8 tons.
