It is seen this production line adopts centralized construction by using the dry sand making equipment of Zhongyu Dingli. In the sign board on the production site it clearly indicates the components of the equipment and operation process.
Its seen from the pics that with large feed opening the hammer crusher can hold a large quantity of material for once. The protective device can prevent the materials from spillover which improves the capacity of entire production line.
This 1,000 tons of aggregate production line was put into operation in September 2018, using DLPCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, DLPC1220 plastic hammer crusher, DL3YKZ3070 vibrating screen and other sets of mine production equipment, the introduction of a complete set of mine intelligent management system.
