On the morning of July 18th 2016, the production line of Songji Cement Industry is founding. The building material industry of Songji Cement Industry of Dengfeng as a major branch company for building materials also has the business of stone process. In order to fully use of limestone resources and further developing gravel production line, we cooperated with Songji for the second production line of enlarging the former 800t/h production line into 1100t/h production line.

This newly built aggregates production line, located in Dengfeng City, Xuzhuang County, Zhaozhuang, is added XPC1216 crushing equipment, vibrating screen, v-belt conveyor and rotation conveyor into the former production line of PCZ1820 crusher, PCZ1615 crusher to further satisfy the market demand. Also we extended the powder belt for fully adsorbing the production powder and recycling to improve their environment. And the installation and commissioning work was wholly finished by Zhongyu Dingli technicians and will be completed after a month.

Dengfeng Songji Enterprise, as a huge overall company with major projects of Dengfeng Songji Cement, has a dry cement clinker production line with 4500 ton per day by using of cement production resources and location advantages of near cement production line to establish aggregates production line.
