The team carried out a detailed survey for a number of green gravel aggregates production lines constructed by Dingli. After the visit, they held an in-depth discussion with Mr. Zhang Zhimin, general manager of Zhongyu Dingli on the eco-friendly gravel production lines:

       The green gravel aggregates production lines of Dingli are widely distributed across China. A lot of them have been highly circulated and publicized by the industry and local media, for example, the production lines of Hebei Baisha, China United Cement Corporation in Anyang and China United Cement Corporation in Hebei have been reviewed and accepted by local Department of Environment.

       Zhongyu Dingli will calculate the dusty points in advance, which will be fully closed and equipped with professional dust collector in actual operation. Since the dust is easily accumulated in the inlet and outlet, Dingli is now developing the environmental protection equipment, especially for collecting the dust in the inlet. It is expected to be successfully launched soon.

       As for Dingli’s construction mode of eco-friendly gravel aggregates production line, it first measures the site, and then shows a complete 3D rendering according to the actual situation. The crushing solution can be changed on the basis of customer needs. Up to now, we have built a few eco-friendly gravel aggregates production lines in Gansu, including the one for Saima Cement of China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM).

        In the next step, we can design customized eco-friendly production solutions for the 8 stone crushing plants in Kongtong Disctrict of Gansu province based on the actual situation.

        During the discussion, the visitors express their interest in adapting Dingli mode into their local production lines. Through partnership with Dingli, they can introduce more green production methods and equipment.
