The hammerheads are made from high manganese steel alloy. Besides, Dingli has jointly established a Materials Research Institute with Huazhong University of Science & Technology for devoted research of material of each spare part. In order to reduce abrasion of crusher parts, Dingli has designed the rotor with anti-wear guard ring. The rotor is made from Mn18, which is more wear-resistant compared with Mn13.

 

       During the whole manufacturing process, we make checks at all levels including all-round check for raw materials such as steel plate, lining plate, iron casting and bolts, check whether the feed size is in line with design requirements; check whether the size or cleanness of assembled equipment can meet the standard; carefully check welding seam and painting effect. All the quality control personnel have veto power.

       Before delivery, the equipment will be checked by specially-assigned staff. After that, we will orderly deliver the equipment with a professional team escorting the goods all the way. By covering them with protective film, we will minimize the damage against equipment during the transportation process.
