1.Reason: v-belt loosing.
Problem: large discharging size.
Measure: fasten v-belt.
2.Reason: vane or liner parts loosing.
Problem: impact noise in operation.
Measure: change or fasten loosing parts.
3.Reason: broken or lack of oil of bearing or fill in some dust.
Problem: overheating bearing.
Measure: change bearing, add some lubricate oil, or clean bearing.
4.Reason: sealing bearing.
Problem: large air resistance.
Measure: open the seal and clean the dust.
5.Reason: broken vane parts, large feeding size, and clogging material in vane.
Problem: serious machine body swing.
Measure: change broken parts, narrow feeding size, average feeding, clean clogging material.
