Crushing Production Line Equipment

Coarse crusher is the first equipment which shall be determined. Jaw crusher, cone crusher and hammer crusher are the common primary crusher machines. Dingli hammer crusher has advanced structure, reliable performance, smooth operation and low energy consumption. The aggregates with particle size of 600-1200 mm can be crushed to 25 mm or less at one time. By integrating the advantages of above mentioned types of crushers, Dingli hammer crusher may replace the traditional combination of jaw crusher and impact crusher, which helps customers reduce much investment. In case the customer requires fine materials in additional ordinary aggregates, the production line shall also be equipped with a fine crusher, such as sand making machine.  

Stone Production Line Operation Process

The bulk rock materials are first fed by the vibrating feeder from the hopper into the crusher machine, hammer crusher for an example. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity. Then the rocks are crushed through a series of impacting, shearing and grinding by the rotating hammers. The crushed stone with the size less than the mesh will be discharged through the sieve in the lower part of the rotor and conveyed by the belt conveyor to the storage silo. While the coarse grains with the size larger than the mesh continue to stay on the sieve for being hit and grinded by the hammers and finally are discharged out of the machine until they meet the size requirements.
