The basic flow of stone crushing line is: raw stone materials are first fed by the vibrating feeder into heavy hammer crusher for primary crushing; then the crushed stone is conveyed by the conveyor into shaping hammer crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing; next the materials are separated by the vibrating screen. Those with qualified size are stored as finished materials while the unqualified materials are returned to the secondary crusher for further processing until their sizes have met the requirements.
