Abstract:As to gravel grading, it refers to material size grading. Various materials are mixed with the proper rates and then made into gravel aggregates.
      Today many industries pay attention to quality that we should improve our quality to adopt today’s competitive environment. In gravel aggregate production industry, there are many ways in judging gravel quality, such as, material grading, shape, feature, production way, and so on.
This is a virtual issue in production of machine adjusting, and material grading. Then we will introduce you with gravel aggregates grading under the national standard of construction sand.
       1. Gravel aggregates grading introduction
       As to gravel aggregates, it refers to material size grading conditions. Gravel aggregates are made by proper rates of materials. Finished material size refers to various material rates.
      2. Best gravel aggregates introduction
      The standard of best gravel aggregates is plate material or powder content, gravel aggregates type, and grading standard.
For example: more coarse gravel content has coarse finished material that finished aggregates can be divided into 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-40mm finished materials. Fine grading material has average materials and continuous grading.
     3. Gravel aggregates grading
      In gravel aggregates production line, various finished materials conveyed by conveyors and then they are mixed with appropriate proportion for standard finished material grading.
There are great amounts of medium and coarse material that should have a secondary crushing and mix them.
