There are many things that we should pay attention to in stone crushing production line to better connect crushing and screening machines. In the whole design, we should consider technology process, SLP (systematic layout planning), and machine selecting design.

In technology process design, the distance of mining and production line feeding inlet, height, machine layout, and stockpile and transportation methods should be considered for less dust overflow.

        Under smooth material flow, there should be less conveyors and signed marks in each conveyor for easy management.

        In huge stone crushing production line, there is a silo in the middle of line that can continue produce with problems in the former parts of crushing within a short time.

        In grading and crushing technology, installing a screen in crushing process has two functions of reducing crushing handle capacity (screener grades small material and reduce fine material proportion), and screening huge sized materials.
