Aggregate Crushing Line Process and Performance

So some stone crusher plants are faced with a problem: how to use the least amount of funds to build an aggregate production line?
A complete aggregate crushing line is generally configured with: primary crusher, secondary crusher, vibrating screen equipment, vibrating feeder, and conveyor. Customers can also use mobile crushing station instead of stationary crushing equipment so as to save the manpower and material resources.

Firstly, the stone is evenly fed by the feeding machine into the rough crusher for preliminary crushing, and then conveyed by the belt conveyor to the hammer crusher for further crushing, after that, the finely crushed stone is screened into different specifications by the screening machine. The crushed stone with unqualified size will be returned to the fine crusher for further processing.
Crushing production line features:
It is mainly featured by high degree of automation, adjustable discharge size, high crushing rate, energy saving, large output; uniform gravel and grain shape, wide application in kinds of large and medium-sized highway bridges and other projects.
Hammer crusher mainly crush the materials by the impact force. Here is the process: after entering into the crusher, the materials will be first hit and broken by the high-speed rotary hammers, then they get the kinetic energy from the hammerhead and rush to the impacting plate, at the same time the material collides with each other, the particles less than the gap will be discharged from the outlet while the larger materials continue to stay in the chamber for further crushing. Such mentioned process will be repeated for many times until their size meet the requirements for final products.
