Then how to efficient make troubleshoot? Firstly, technicians should have higher skill and regular technology training and testing.

1. Regular machine maintaining and checking before machine operation.

Then in production line which machines are needed and what are the elements of machine fault? There are machines of vibrating feeder, v-belt conveyor, crusher, screener, dust collector, sand washer, and so on.

As to vibrating feeder, you should first check tank vibrating frequency and wire ring current, and then ensure whether bolts, spring, iron-core, wedge has problems and handle them, finally aware of the machine operation noise and analyze its cause.

V-belt conveyor: you should regular check v-belt out of way condition and cylindrical drum with spraying water to reduce gas density. If there are slipping or sticking belt condition that may be caused by rubber tap tension, old, or unqualified rubber tap. In this way, you should change proper rubber tap or adjust appropriate tension device.

Screener: as to torsion vibration suspension, exciter fault, you install screener into a lever, have average spring force, same angle of eccentric heavy hammer crusher, open vibrating screen with proper force.

Regular operation rule will create higher profits and extend machine service life.
