The sudden halt is inevitable in the operation process of stone production line with a series of production equipment. In the following, we would like to briefly introduce some solutions for the mentioned problem.

      Discharge Port

      Due to constantly inputting of material in the long-term operation or blindly speeding up the material feeding in order to increase the capacity of production line, the discharge port is easily clogged. The halt out of such reason can be solved by timely cleaning the blockage to ensure smooth discharging of material.

      Belt Pulley

      Belt pulley is the spare part to drive the equipment to run. If it is too loose, the equipment will not obtain enough dynamics to operate. The excessively tightened belt pulley easily causes halt of equipment. So it is suggested to check tightness of belt pulley before the machine is operated.

      Motor Voltage

      In case of low voltage, the motor is unable to drive the equipment to crush bulk material due to lack of dynamics. The host machine will stop operation without loading enough pressure. It is strongly suggested to adjust the voltage to meet the production requirements.
