Ordinary stone production line process is silo, vibrating feeder, crusher (hammer crusher, jaw crusher, counterattack crusher), material return, transfer station, vibrating screen, and stockpile. In crushing production line configuration, production line scale, material feature, inlet and outlet size, discharging way and other requirement should be considered.

I. Production line scale

Each crushing line has output demand of 1000ton, 2000ton, 3000ton, and so on, which will decide its scale. The scale of stone crushing line will directly decide its type and investment. Thus we should ensure production line scale before configures production line.

II. Material features

    There are many types of materials of limestone, granite, bluestone, basalt, quartz, and so on. With different material textures, it will have different machines. Such as granite, basalt, cobble are available in jaw crusher; limestone, bluestone are available in hammer crusher.

III.Inlet and outlet size
