With multi layers and high efficiency, four-level vibrating screen is widely used in huge production project. Different levels screen different stone types and they would meet the problem of clogging. So we should take various measures to solve this problem for normal operation.

In the aspect of four-level structure, various stones fall from different screens. It will be easily clogged for screening the material with much water or flakes. The sieve should be designed with the lower holes smaller than the upper ones. Moreover, the sieve shall not be too thick otherwise the material can not be fully screened, resulting in material clogging. For different conditions there are corresponding measures. For example, if there is much water, timely replace it by the sieve with larger holes.
