Factors to Affect Efficiency of Vibrating Screen
It is concern of every manufacturer to improve working efficiency of the equipment. As to the mining screen, it is vital to fully screen the raw material without any foreign material. In the following, we would like to briefly introduce some major factors that affect the efficiency of circular vibrating screen.
1. Clogged Material
The vibrating screen is driven by the motor to complete screening process, and then the finished material will be conveyed to different silos. Once clogged, the sieve may be worn, causing part of the material to be directly conveyed without being screened.
2. Width of Screen Surface
Large projects require the equipment with large hourly capacity. As to vibrating screen, its capacity is determined by width of screen surface. With machine size of 4m (width) * 10m(length), our vibrating screen can meet the requirements of various large projects.

3. Abrasion of Spare Parts
The spare parts of equipment can be easily worn or damaged due to constant friction between metal and stone material. In case of abrasion of spare parts, such as bearing of main shaft, it should be repaired by wielding or machining so as to proceed the screening.
4. Operation Gap
In addition to adjusting the eccentric angle of amplitude, the operation gap between the conveyed material and screen surface can also be changed so as to avoid insufficient screening or material clogging.
Apart from the mentioned factors, the quality of material also influences the working efficiency of vibrating screen. With careful observation in the operation, there will be more findings.
