In order to satisfy various customers demand and save water, protect our eco-environment, Xinxiang Dingli combines pulse bag filter and researches air separator independently for effectively sand and stone powder separating. This finished sand has reasonable grading, concentrated sized distribution and operation of equipment has effectively environmental protection, simple technology, low investment system, and easy maintenance operation. So it can be used in huge and medium sand making production line.
Working principle
Air separator, with the hydrodynamic theory, works with air motor and controls powder size with air changing speed. That is to say air makes powder be separated into sand and fine powder in the hanging condition and then be centrally discharged.
Function & Application
In artificial sand production, there are many processes of crushing and sand making that make artificial sand has a lot of sand, which will influence sand quality and reduce engage force and coagulability of the concrete. Air separator can be used in excessed standard powder separation or secondary operation of stone powder in gravel production line cooperated with the huge and medium sand making production line machines. And they can satisfy various customers’ demand by controlling fine powder content.
Compared traditional water separator, air separator has many advantages that have wide application and fine powder can have a concentrated using in painting, gypsum, cosmetic, and feeding industries with environmental protection features.
