And the stone material it produced can meet the national building sand standard with uniform product size, fine shape and proper grading, providing overall process plan and technology support for the customers.
The aggregates such as limestone, blue stone, gravel, coal gangue, coal, gneiss etc. are evenly fed into the PCZ heavy hammer crusher by ZG vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing. The coarse materials crushed are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the PC hammer crusher for secondary crushing; the stone materials through secondary crushing will be transported to the ZSJ dual rotor sand making machine for one more crushing and then conveyed to the YK vibrating screen for screening the finished stone with different sizes. The stone in line with size requirement of the customers will be conveyed to the finished stockpiles and the unqualified will be returned to ZSJ dual rotor sand making machine for crushing, forming a number of cycles in closed loop. The finished sand can be conveyed to XS sand washer in order to improve its cleanness. The deduster and sand separator can be also equipped in the back of crusher in case of dedusting.
