Recently, a customer came to us for inquiry of 150tph sand making plant. In this article, we would like to share you two solutions for the plant at such scale and their advantages.

Although there are numerous sand making plant manufacturers across China, most solutions for artificial sand making (except tower-like sand making plant) follow this process: vibrating feeder, primary crusher, fine crusher, sand maker, vibrating screen and sand washer. All the machines are connected by the belt conveyors for material transfer. Dingli also adopts the mentioned process for the configuration of 150TPH sand making plant. However, the solutions for equipment selection are different based on the raw materials for the plant. 

I. First Solution for 150TPH Sand Making Plant 

Raw material + vibrating feeder + hammer crusher +dual rotor sand making machine + vibrating screen + sand washing machine =artificial sand

Application: it is suitable for rocks with hardness less than 150Mpa, such as limestone, dolomite and bluestone. If the raw material size is less than 200mm, the crushing process can be reduced in this solution. It means the sand making machine can directly processes the material into qualified artificial sand. 

II. Second Solution for 150TPH Sand Making Plant

Raw material + vibrating feeder + hard rock crusher + dual rotor sand making machine + vibrating screen + sand washing machine = artificial sand

Application: it is quite suitable for hard rocks such as pebbles, granite, quartz, etc. After the material is coarsely crushed by a hard rock crusher (like jaw crusher and gyratory crusher), it shall be further processed by a sand making machine to obtain desirable sand.

The above two solutions prove to be successful by a few customers who have invested 150tph sand making plant. Their main advantages are listed as below:
