1.Two sets of vibrating screen are ingeniously placed up and down, which can save space while the output is guaranteed

2.By advantage of height difference, pipes replace belt conveyors to make the finished product flow into the stockpile under the effect of gravity, effectively reducing the investment cost.

II.Eco-friendly Solution for Artificial Sand Making Plant

Raw material: medium-hard rocks

Capacity: 50t/h

Equipment configured: ZSJ0808 sand making machine, 3YKZ2060 vibrating screen

Highlights: This project is upgraded on the basis of original sand production line. The previous primary crusher kept the same, while the impact crusher, VSI sand maker and box crusher are replaced by two sets of sand making machine. Such solution ensures high efficiency and sound grain size of final products at the same time.

Raw material: mountain rocks

Capacity: 500t/h

Equipment configured: ZGC1550 vibrating feeder, PCZ1615 heavy hammer crusher, ZSJ1416 sand making machine, a total of 6 sets of double-deck and three-deck vibrating screen.

Highlights: 

1.A set of heavy hammer crusher replaces the traditional combination of jaw crusher and impact crusher, which effectively reduces crushing process and equipment input. Besides, the actual output is 200ton more than the expected; 

2.Closed production line and silos reduce the dust spill

3.In addition, as shown in the pic, such solution utilizes the topography of the slope to achieve semi-automatic flow of materials.
