Hammer crusher/Heavy hammer crusher

Hammer crusher also called single hammer crusher has huge promoting effect in the beginning of stone plant with simple structure and easy maintenance. As to heavy hammer crusher, it is advanced upon hammer crusher and by integrating many advanced technologies and patents with high efficiency.
Application: medium hardness material for primary and secondary crushing

Vertical shaft impact crusher (sand maker)

Vertical shaft impact crusher also called sand maker is an important machine in sand making industry motivating with two motor. This machine has the advantages of stable operation, high sand making ratio, and cubic sand making.

ZSJ dual sand maker

As a patent product and recommended products of Henan, dual rotor has lower energy consumption, bad material shape, low productivity compared with single rotor sand maker.
Application: nonmetal, cement, artificial sand and, rocks.

Circular vibrating screen

Common stone plant production configuration

600-800T/H Aggregates Production Line

Equipment: ZG2050 feeder, PCZ1615 hammer crusher*2, 2YKZ2460 vibrating screen*6 and conveyor.

Fed by feeder, bulk material is firstly crushed by hammer crusher, and then it is screened by vibrating screen, and unqualified material was sent into hammer crusher for the secondary crushing and then discharged the finished material.

1300-1500T/H Aggregates Production Line

Equipment: ZG2050 vibrating feeder, PCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, PCZ1620 crusher, 3YKZ307 vibrating screen*3, 2YKZ3070 vibrating screen*2, and conveyor.

Fed by vibrating feeder, materials was firstly crushed and screened by heavy hammer crusher and vibrating screen and then the unqualified material was sent into shaping crusher and circular vibrating screen for second crushing and grading, lastly they were discharged into stockpiles.
