Single-stage Crushing & Screening

As to the single-stage crushing & screening, the production process is very simple. The materials are first fed into the crusher for being crushed and then conveyed to the screener. Through screening, the finished materials with various sizes are transported to corresponding stockpile.

 Closed-loop system is also adopted in such production line. After processing of vibratory screen, the unqualified material would be conveyed to the crusher for repeated crushing, which efficiently increases the production rate.

Multiple-stage Crushing & Screening

Multiple-stage crushing & screening generally adopts sealed production as the flow chart listed below: after being crushed by the primary crusher, the materials are conveyed to the secondary crusher for shaping. Then through process of vibratory screen, some are transported to the stockpile of finished material and the rest are returned to the crusher for a repeated crushing or conveyed to the next crushing stage. By adopting such processing method, the production line can produce various finished material with different sizes, which are more competitive in the market.
