Impact Sand maker

With a huge volume body, vertical shaft impact crusher installs two vertical flange electric motors in its both sides. Motivated by belt, energy motor makes hammerhead rotation in a high speed and crush aggregates by its impact. It is available in many aggregates shaping with reliable performance, simple structure, and cube shape.

Impact sand maker, also called impact crusher, the aggregates are divided by grading machine and then thrown by high speed vane and stone impacting to finish the main sand making process. This crushing process may impact the vane and impact liner, but has less wear and cost as an unimportant crushing parts. Meanwhile as having less wear of vane and impact liner, it can crush harder material like river pebble and emery to reduce its machine changing costs and production time, but for it has a smaller inlet, the material can only get into the machine by crushed.

Dual rotor sand maker

It replaces single rotor sand maker with two rotors and crushed materials by high speed rotating and has grid in the outlet. Thus it has the advantages of large output, fine shape, and low energy consumption.

The working principle of dual rotor sand maker: motivated by belt, energy motor makes a high speed rotation to crush the materials and throws to get material impact and liner impact with 40km/h speed recrushing. The disadvantages are higher wear conditions of hammerhead in crushing high hardness material, so the proper crushing material are those medium and low hardness materials less than 150Mpa compressive strength and over 40% calcium like limestone and bluestone.
