       In producing finished sand, there are two key steps you should pay attention to which is screening and powder control. In selecting vibrating screen, you should choose them with finished material demand. If there are unqualified finished materials, you should crush them again or install more vibrating screen for full material handle. Also we should install powder collector to collect powder for reusing, control powder content, and protect production line environment.
