4. Vibrating feeder angle

Adjust vibrating feeder angle for making full use of vibrating feeder for screening. In actual operation, there will be material clogging with the improper vibrating frequency and feeding angle. Upon this problem, many users change grid feeder to plate feeder.

However, vibrating feeder will have high production efficiency with adjusting sieve. Better vibrating frequency, angle can fully release the screen function and improve crossing quantity of vibrating feeder and improve jaw crusher production capacity.

5. Adjust jaw crusher discharging gate and nip angle

Machine discharging gate and nip angle determine machine production capacity. In practical, jaw crusher as the primary crusher should set its discharging size with the secondary crusher size.

You should strictly adjust nip angle of jaw crusher with 17-26 degree for higher production capacity.
