Stone crushing line is built to produce various types of building material including gravel and sand. Poor Production Process

Stone crushing line normally includes two or three crushing stages; especially the middle or large gravel production line requires more configurations. Although the equipment with various types matches with each other in the early stage of technical design, the discharge port of each crusher can hardly meet the required demand. The crushed rock with large particle size will suffer repeated cycling and clog the next crushing stage, resulting in discontinuous production.

Solution: Adjust the discharge port of each crusher to meet the requirements of both the entire production line and feed & discharge size. This process is often operated by the experienced staff.

Easily Worn-out Spare Parts

 The hammers of crusher, lining plate, sieve of vibrating screen, damping spring and sieve of sand washing machine are easily worn out or damaged after long-term operation under rugged environment.

Solution: we should select the spare parts with strong wear resistance and reliable qualities, for example, replace traditional hammers with high-chromium-alloy-made ones; adopt the lining plate forged by high manganese steel and choose the sieve weaved by high manganese. Note to tighten and clean the equipment in the production process. Besides, we should also store the wear parts for timely replacement.

Serious Dust Pollution

Large quantity of dust will be produced during crushing & screening stage and each transfer point of v-belt, which not only causes damage to health of workers on the site but also severely pollute the environment. Therefore EPA (Environmental Protection Authority) will stop the operation of gravel enterprises for rectification, which will cause a lot of losses to the enterprises.

Solution: It is urgent to configure eco-friendly equipment for the gravel production line, for example carry out sealed operation; install spray devices in the dust collection point or harden the road of stone plant so as to build a green gravel production line.
