The process of gravel production line usually includes feeding, crushing, sand making and sand washing.  1. Adopt multi-layer vibrating screen with the lowest sieve being used to screen stone powder; utilize bunker and conveying equipment to transport stone into separate stockpile of finished material.

 2. Enclose the production equipment of the whole production line. Adopt pipeline to connect the closed equipment so that the dusty air can enter into pulse bag deduster under the air pressure.

 3. Equip dry sand separator for separating powder and fine sand by the winnowing machine. The grain size of fine sand after separation is less than 0.075mm, which makes the size distribution of crushed sand more standardized.

 4. It is also advised to configure sand washing machine applied for effectively washing the crushed sand. Then the settling tank and fine sand recycler equipped can collect and recycle the power in a centralized way.

 Stone, sand and powder are all the finished materials produced in the gravel production line. The powder after processing can be applied in rubber, feed, cement, glass, paint, cosmetics and other industry, which not only expand the profit space of stone manufacturers but also reduce air pollution and protect our ecology.
