With rapid development of gravel aggregates industry and constant expansion of production scale, there is great demand for gravel production lines with high quality. Here we offer some tips for its construction as follows:

1. Process design. The production plan shall be determined according to condition of local market. A standard gravel aggregates production system can well match the material quality, process flow and selected equipment. Among them, the quality of materials including its crushing index and component can be examined by the test.

2. Production line layout. Try not to occupy much land with three-dimensional and functional layout; reserve extra space around the equipment for site operation and repair; set up a lifting device above the equipment to facilitate repair; set a secure channel for the passage of transport vehicles; lay out walkways and ladders for the access of operators.

3. Adoption of automatic program. The production line may adopt programming control to achieve fully automatic operation. Except some special conditions, the system can automatically make fault diagnosis and take appropriate treatment.

4. Safety design. All the working places requiring access of staff should have walkways and stairs with safety handrails and barrier. Set a manual emergency stop switch near the production equipment; design a manual emergency pull-up for the whole belt; design a circuit breaker for the motor; set up a protective cover for each dangerous place and place a sign for warning danger.

5. Environmental protection. Adopt sealed water recycling system and polluted water processing system so that the production line will not cause pollution to the nearby environment; take efficient dust removing measures to make sure the gas emission density will meet national requirements.

6. Easy maintenance. Establish a special spare parts storage and maintenance center.
