    The users often adopt commissioned or outsourcing installation for large-sized mining equipment. It’s our responsibility to assist the customers to carry out installation for free.

    Equipment Transport: After being transported to the pre-arranged production site, the equipment will be lifted to corresponding position by hoisting vehicles. As basic infrastructure for long-term operation of equipment, the installation area should be away from the factory building; otherwise, it will affect the stability of buildings.

    Installation Process

    I. Get knowledge of principle, structure, technical performance and installation standard of the equipment; carefully check the condition of all the parts and make sure there is no defect.

Prepare a detailed construction plan to facilitate the installation.

   II. The foundation of civil works should be constructed in line with the requirements of drawings. Carefully check the quality of hidden projects and make records. As a core component for installation, the foundation matters much to the safe operation of equipment.

III. Equipment Alignment

   In order to correctly install the equipment, it should make sure the vertical degree, horizontal degree and relative deviation are strictly in line with the standard.
