Introduction and Selection of Rock Crusher and Mill
Rock crushing and grinding process are the indispensable stages for cutting the size of rock physically.
In the rock crushing process, there is primary and secondary crushing for crushing materials into 90-140mm or 40-70mm. Generally, the stone production line can crush 1000mm rock materials into less than 40mm.
In the rock grinding process, 80% stone materials will be crushed into 150mm or powder with the machines of ball mill. As the crushing process, finished material size in grinding process is decided by the design of production line.
With the different requirement of crushing and grinding material size, there are different stone crushing machines. With the common stone crushing ways of impacting, squeezing, and hitting, crusher machine can be divided into different machine type of jaw crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, and rolling crusher. Mill is the machine for stone material crushing with the type of Raymond mill, hydraulic mill, and finest mill machines.
The type and hardness are the main elements of crusher machine. Materials less than 250Mpa and middle hardness is suitable be crushed by the hammer crusher. Materials with higher hardness should use the higher hardness crushing machines of jaw crusher and cone crusher machine. Fine crushing machine includes impact crusher and rolling crusher. The most important point in selecting grinding machine is the crushing condition.
