Crusher Operation and Maintenance Procedures

1. Precautions before start-up:

a. Before start-up, the user shall ensure that the reducer has added reasonable amount of oil and the bearings have been well lubricated.

b. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the crusher. If there is any damage to the main working parts, make sure there is no abnormal condition before turning on the machine.

c. Check whether the switch of control box is turned on; make sure there the electric control box has no security risks before start-up.

2. Feeding precautions:

Remember to feed the raw materials in a uniform manner so as to avoid frequent start of overload protection, causing damage to electrical components and motor. Meanwhile, ensure that the hardness, humidity, size and other properties to meet the application requirements crusher, so as to prevent material clogging or parts abrasion.

3. Deal with unexpected situation:

In case there is excessive vibration, abnormal noise or other unexpected condition, shut down the crusher to see if there is hard object in the chamber. Once the problem is ruled out, then gradually check the operating conditions of the reducer and motor. Note that during operation, it is prohibited to clean the crusher and electric control box.

1. Daily inspection. Check whether the crusher works properly or produces no abnormal noise, the lubrication is adequate, the fastening parts are tightened and the bearing temperature is not too high.

2. Regularly inspect and repair the main working parts. After operation for a certain period, adjust, repair or replace the worn parts such as hammerheads, bearings, counterattack plates or lining plate to ensure efficient operation of the crusher.

3. Periodically clean the equipment. Through long-term work, equipment, there will be oil and other debris on the surface of parts, affecting the normal operation of crusher, therefore, it is recommended to clear dirty parts in the cleaning solution pool.
