1. Noise out of loosened equipment parts. Regularly check whether the spare parts, of vibration are loosened, if yes, timely tighten them, especially the sieve plate, which shall be changed most frequently.

2. The material quality of sieve plate matters. Try to adopt rubber plate instead of punching steel.

3. Replace steel gear with flexible spoke wheel. In this way, the rubber elastomer can be applied to transmit torque on the spoke plate, which effectively absorbs the vibration noise produced by gear.

4. Add rubber plates in side plate of sieve box, inlet and outlet, which may reduce radiation noise.

5. Add noise shield outside of exciter to reduce noise.

6. Although featured by low frequency, large load capacity, heat resistance and stable performance, the coil spring can easily transmit middle-frequency vibration. So it is advised to adopt the wire spring adhered by a layer of rubber so as to increase drag force.
