        With remote-control computer system, we do not have to frequently press the Open button. Especially for the stone production line with complex crushing process, it is more convenient with installation of intelligent crusher. Currently, all the aggregates and sand-making production lines designed by Dingli have adopted DCS one-button control system.

        The intelligent crusher parts can be automatically moved. With unique hydraulic design, it can quickly adjust the gap between hammers and lining plate so as to produce the finished materials with different particle sizes.

Real-time Monitoring for the Crusher

        Unlike traditional crusher, the new-type intelligent crusher will send automatic alarms and immediately shut down the machine in case of any abnormal condition. In this way, it can prevent the equipment from unnecessary damage.

        With introduction of 360°cloud monitoring, we can remotely monitor the whole production process of the crusher. If there is any problem, it can be timely fixed to ensure most production capacity.
