The static crushing station, also known as stationary crushing & screening plant is an open-pit plant. It generally requires large concrete foundation and high investment for equipment. The construction period for stationary crushing plant is also long. In addition, since such plants are usually in the remote mining area, the transportation of finished products is quite costly. However, it is undeniable that the stationary crushing plant also has the advantages as follows:

1.Its capacity can be quite large and feed size is versatile;

2.The crushing plant layout is flexible. On the basis of material quality, it may be configured with primary & secondary crusher or only primary crusher. 

3.The types of finished material types are various. We can select the vibrating screen with different decks or the fine crushing machine according to requirements.

Mobile crushing plant often has small capacity, so is not suitable for the large-scale stone crushing line. With fixed layout, such crushing plant may not meet customer requirements for different types of finished materials.

Nowadays, the mobile crushing plant is widely used in the construction site for waste treatment. Seen from the definition, we can learn mobility is the main difference between static and mobile crushing plants, the latter can easily move to the processing site as required. Since the mobile crushing plant can be unlimitedly close to the materials, it saves a lot of transportation cost. What’s more, with complete configuration of crushing and screening process, it reduces much equipment investment compared with the stationary crusher plant.
