The new gravel plants are built by Dingli across China. In the following, we’d like to briefly introduce several common types of equipment applied for production of finished gravel material.

Bucket wheel sand washing machine, as important equipment for gravel production, is used to wash off stone powder and impurities in the crushed sand. With solid running gear, the new type of sand washing machine developed by our technician can preciously separate the sand and water and it is widely used in many gravel plants across China.

In addition to sand washer, stone crusher is also indispensable in the gravel plant. It can crush the material into sound shape for only once. With low energy consumption, it is applied to produce large quantity of fine stone material.

Vibrating feeder and screen are also needed to configure a complete set of stone production line. With over 30 years' experience in manufacturing crusher and auxiliary equipment, we are also expert in production line configuration. Recently we just finished construction of a large-scale gavel production line for Songji Group with reasonable configuration of crushers and auxiliary equipment. The whole process only takes several months.
