As an enterprise emphasizing technical R&D, Zhongyu Dingli is devoted to manufacturing limestone crushers and other rock crushers. The 250-350t/h aggregates production line in Xichang, Sichuan is configured with the hard rock crusher developed by Zhongyu Dingli. With hydraulic cylinder pulling the shell to move toward left or right direction relative to rotor, the gap between hammer and main lining plate can be adjusted without stopping the machine. With symmetric design of two chambers, the rotor can freely rotate from front to back. All the products will not be launched into the market until they have gone through long-term test.

    Such production line equipped with our full set of mining equipment is mainly to crush granite for application in highway and high-speed rail projects. Since its construction in Sep, 2016, the production line keeps sound and stable operation.

Note: granite is nearly always massive, hard and tough, and therefore it has gained widespread use as a construction stone. Its compressive strength usually lies above 200 MPa, so the granite crusher selected for the production line should have strong wear resistance and large reduction ratio.
