With national emphasis on resource integration, the small gravel aggregates production lines will be inevitably replaced by the large ones. After visiting 3000tph production line of Mengdian Group, some customers indicated their local small lines should be upgraded due to backward equipment.

 

 

       Intelligent operation system is necessary for large-scale aggregates production line. It mainly includes feeding, material receiving and overall control. “Although such system requires a lot of investment, it is very beneficial for management and operation of the whole stone production line in the long term”, said Mr. Zhang, director of Mengdian Group.

 

       With garden-like environment, the aggregates production line built by Dingli has changed customer’s stereotype on traditional gravel production line. The visitors become more confident in investment of Dingli’s green aggregates production line, which could bring both economic and environmental benefit.

 

       The visitors also carefully inspected our equipment for gravel production. They were highly impressed by the protective guard ring of hammer crusher and ruler adjustment of vibrating screen.

       At the end of the visit, the owner of Hunan Changde Building Material Company expressed his willingness to cooperate with Zhongyu Dingli to build a new eco-friendly gravel aggregates production line.
