Traditionally it takes much long time to build a gravel aggregates production line; even so, the construction may fail to meet the required standard. In order to cope with this issue, Zhongyu Dingli, as an independent expert in building large-scale production line, has developed a new mode for fast construction. It only takes half of previous time for the customers to formally operate a new stone crusher plant.

Dingli’s principle for fast construction is explained as below:
1. The sieve frames of vibrating screen are all produced in the assembly line. They can be simply assembled before application on the site.
2. The whole framing of crusher is made from steel. Compared with traditional crusher abutment made from concrete, it greatly improves the efficiency of construction.
3. In the process of mapping and surveying production line, we use advanced GPS and GNSS Carrier Positioning System to select the best place for construction.
4. Install the equipment by strictly adhering to the drawings which are mapped by our professional staff based on own expertise and actual condition of the customers.
5. Take full advantage of altitude difference to reduce the excavated volume in the construction.
6. All the installation personnel have received professional technical training from Zhongyu Dingli.
The currently-constructed 5000-6000tph gravel aggregates production line of Bengbu Road Bridge Group is adopting our fast construction mode. Expected to be completed in 50 days, it will be a technology-leading project in China.
