Since MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) formulated the "12th Five-Year" Development Plan for Cement Industry, the importance of extending the industrial chain of cement enterprises has been repeatedly reiterated. This measure not only helps to meet the background requirements for the development of the industry, but also effectively expands the enterprise's own interests. Through years of practice, it has proved that gravel aggregate industry is a popular choice for cement enterprises to extend the upstream industrial chain . Recently, Yaobai Cement has  ordered four sets of crushing & screening plants of Zhongyu Dingli for the production of stone materials, which is one of the powerful proofs.

In the second half of 2017, Shaanxi Zhen'an Xiushan Yaobai Cement, Shifeng Yaobai Cement, Fuping Yaobai Cement and Pucheng Yaobai Cement have all cooperated with Zhongyu to invest in the stone crusher plants for production of fine aggregates. The complete set of the equipment includes stone crushers, vibrating screens, feeders and belt conveyors.

The civil works of the above projects are being carried out in an orderly manner and will be put into operation as early as December. It is learned that the hourly capacity of all mentioned crushing & screening plants is over 500 tons, and the processing raw materials are local limestone. As for the specific process of stone crusher plant, it is designed as follows: large limestones in the hopper are evenly fed into the hammer crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing and shaping, then the crushed stones are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for gradation. At this time, the gravel with qualified size is sent to the finished material pile while the rest with unqualified size is returned to the hammer crusher for repeated processing until they are discharged out of the machine. The finished products are mainly used as raw materials for cement production or sold as building materials.

It is not a single case for our company to sell complete crushing & screening plants to the cement enterprises for upgrading and transformation. In addition to Yaobai Cement, China United Cement Corp, Chunjiang Cement, Mengdian Cement, Saima Cement and Songji Cement, etc had also entrusted Zhongyu Dingli to build large-scale stone crusher plant for aggregate production. By adopting hammer crusher as the primary crushing equipment, it greatly reduces the equipment input of the customers and improve the quality of final products.
