Zhongyu Dingli has granted approval for a new grading system for sand and gravel, which has been patented. Field Visit
On October 23rd, a 20-member team of cadre from Iwu County of Xinjiang visited Tangzhuang Township. Product R&D
This week, engineers from the Group's Product R&D Center traveled to the project site of a customer in Sichuan to debug the equipment and provide technical guidance.
Equipment Manufacturing Center
This week, the Equipment Manufacturing Center is promoting the orderly manufacturing of mining equipment in accordance with the production pick-up plan. Our focus is on the manufacturing of jaw crushers for a project in Hunan Province and vibrating screens for a project in Sichuan Province. Our goal is to ensure that our products are of high quality and high efficiency, and to help complete the project schedule on time.
Equipment Support
The learning and training programs are fully operational, and there is a continuous focus on skill improvement. This week, the Equipment Supporting Center conducted an internal technical exchange activity, with the objective of improving the quality of products through enhanced welding skills training.
Pre-sales Service
Engineers from the Mining Engineering Design Institute of the Group's Pre-sales Service Center have been actively cooperating with the marketing business to travel to the project sites this week, serving the projects in Indonesia, Liaoning, Henan Technical Reform and Hunan Operation to carry out aerial surveys, line releases, process plan design and construction plan design, and other work.
Project EPCO
Zhongyu Dingli constructed Hunan Yueyang project - the installation of mainframe equipment in crushing workshop is completed (4 cone crushers + 4 impact crushers), 50% of vibrating screen in screening workshop is installed, and the installation of FX550 powder selecting building in powder selecting workshop is started. In addition, the on-site fabrication of the double-layer gallery of the belt conveyor integrated machine is advancing in an orderly manner.
Production Operation
This week, CFE Zhenjiang project carried out a series of rectification and improvement of the production line to ensure the safe and efficient production of the project; CFE Jingmen project organized and held a meeting of team leaders to unify the ideological understanding, arrange and deploy the next step of the production safety work, and inspected and maintained the control system of the DCS control cabinets of the three power distribution rooms.
The CFE Yuzhou project overhauled and maintained the mine excavator and cleaned the production workshop, while the CFE Jiyuan project carried out routine maintenance on the cyclone.
Software Technology
Changchun, Jilin project is in the process of system hardware installation, also tested the customized development of small program experience version; exclusive customized intelligent data screen is installed in place, including vehicle positioning, vehicle scheduling, driving safety behavior analysis, unattended weighbridge system, etc., to provide data support and decision-making support for the customer's operation!
The Wuzhong project in Ningxia carried out hardware installation of the inbound and outbound systems this week; and the Xuanhan project in Sichuan carried out lighting of the enclosed corridor.
Procurement Quality Inspection
The Group's Recruitment and Procurement Center held a departmental key work meeting to have an in-depth discussion on the supplier cost reduction plan and procurement quality improvement and other thematic contents.
Financial Management
