As core part of crusher, the rotor consists of belt wheel, bearing bracket, hammerhead, hammer plate, hammer shaft, distance sleeve and spindle. After long-time use, it will suffer many problems, such as deformed shaft, damaged plate and broken hammerhead. To cope with such issue, Xinxiang Dingli has developed unique wear-resistant ring to improve its service life.
Several years ago, we established a special Material Research Institute together with Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It aims at deliberate research of our equipment and each spare part so as to ensure its quality. In order to reduce abrasion of hammer crusher, we have designed demountable wear-resistant ring instead of directly changing the rotor. Made from Mn18, the best material in China’s current market, our protective ring is quite durable.
1. Through long-time impacting of stone, the margin of hammer plate will suffer severe abrasion. At this time, we have to change a new rotor. However, with wear-resistant ring of Dingli, it can extend the service life of rotor. In case of abrasion of plate, just simply unscrew the bolt to change the ring instead of the rotor.
2. With enlarged diameter of hammer plate and 360-degree rotating hammers, it prevents the hammers from direct impact with distance sleeve in the rotation process.
3. The hammer is made from chromium and manganese composite, which improves the handle’s ability to resist impact and abrasion.
