Thirdly, mining process; Drilling should goes first and then cutting the stone materials with the diamond saw. After the cutting of bigger stone materials, they would be sent into the mining platform for material grading, storing, handling, and conveying into the stone plant.

In the stone plant, after the crushing and screening process, rock materials will finally be crushed into the stone materials with customers’ demand.

Larger stone will be firstly crushed by the jaw crusher machine or heavy hammer crusher machine into 50dm with the machine feature of larger feeding material size and higher production capacity.

In the secondary crushing process, there are machines of hammer crusher and impact crusher machine with the discharging material size of 5-40mm and you should select the suitable crushing machine type with different crushing machine production capacity and material size demand.

Disadvantages of outdoor quarry

Quarry as a heavy industry will cause noise pollution and transportation pressure. Also it will cause the long and deep pollution for the local environment.
