In quarry machine production, if there is huge electricity consumption, production will have burden. While in proper production line layout, it will have low energy consumption. Then I will briefly introduce you the way of layout.

      1. Presetting stage of screen

      As to open mining material production, there will have uneven partial materials. There are great amount of bulk material in huge mine that will cost huge energy in crushing. So that we should screen out unqualified material in primary crushing that will hugely improve productivity.

      2. High crushing efficiency and low grinding

     In crushing production process, it will have lower energy consumption with quarry crusher equipment. In new crushing machine in quarry production, dual stage crushing process is adopted with reducing about 30% energy.

      3. Energy saving auxiliary equipment

      Besides production equipment, huge quarry production also adopts other auxiliary machines as hoisting machine, separator, and so on that will hugely improve productivity and reduce energy consumption.
