   The motor of hammer crusher is driven by AC or DC with its basic speed being determined by the throughput of material. The electricity control system is equipped with power transmitter. The loading of hoist can automatically adjust the feed speed to ensure the crusher to work under the best condition.

   Vibrating feeder is installed with the dip angle of 25 degree. The compact and reasonable layout facilitates the material into crushing cavity without requiring extra auxiliary equipment, so it greatly reduces the energy consumption for conveying material.

 

Dip-angle Design Facilitates Production Efficiency

   Delicately designed crushing cavity maintains a reasonable gap with the hammers so that the material can be fully crushed into fine grain shape.

   Grid-free design of hammer crusher avoids the material adhesion to the equipment in the process of crushing and ensures smooth production. The adjustable plate is applied to adjust the discharge size according to requirements of the customer.
