In the process of producing building sand, we have higher demand of finished sand. So you should operate according to relative operation specification and constantly improving its technology to ensure produce quality sand.

There are many attentions in operating sand making machine. In conveying gravel, it will be bad for sending materials with loose belt, so we should tight the belt at least once half a month.

Construction Sand Maker

The bearing of sand maker motivates its parts, while bearing will get heated by many times rotating especially in summer. So we should choose different lubricants to maintenance them for fine working in different work condition.

If you hear the impact sound of mineral, please timely checking the loosing or falling condition of parts and fastening or reinstalling them.

There are different technologies of finished sand production like dry, wet, and half dry methods. As to their production process, they all use different sand making equipment to crush original material into finished sand. The earliest technology of sand making is wet method with grading equipment like rotor grading or washing machine of complex production process. And the following dry and half dry technology simple a lot of process that only need crusher and screen equipment and reduce many steps. It can produce three types of sand by using dry sand production technology with less than 5mm sand, over 5mm sand, and finest sand. So far this technology is becoming very perfect and widely used in many areas.
