The spiral sand washer is also quite common. It has single or double spirals. The clean finished materials are discharged from the end port by continuously rotating parts.

Advantages:

1. Higher efficiency. Different from bucket wheel type in the aspect of operation principle, the spiral sand washer has larger capacity.

2. Less abrasion. Without addition of sieve, it reduces abrasion of parts and prolongs service life of equipment.

3. Better cleaning effect. The gravels go through cleaning for more times, so the finished materials are much cleaner.
